A Recipe for a Revivalist

To make a Relativist:

Step One: Power

Roll power out and add one whole person to it, mix well:

When I got to Bethel, I was 19 years old, I was nursing a broken heart, and not to be too harsh on myself but and the same time being honest, I threw a lot of temper tantrums, my emotions were on overload and I had small bouts with depression. I had a really hard time with things in September, there were a lot of mixed feelings of excitement and fear.
But in October I got the first real revelation, deep in my heart, it changed my life and is still changing my life: "I am a powerful person".

I have gone in and out of life believing it was other people's fault for the way I behaved or what I believe, because after all they were mean to me so I couldn't help but be powerless and a victim.

When I understood this in my life, the leans I saw life through changed in the space of two weeks and I was a new person, I realized I act and behaved, believed, thought and did whatever it is I did because I am a powerful person who is in control of myself. I don't control you or anyone else, it is my life long and full time job to manage myself. No one is to blame for how I behave or what I believe.

For so long I thought it was everyone else's fault for that way my life turned out. But now I see I choose what I believe to be true, or false, ect.

Knowing that you are in control of only you and no one else, can pave the way for the miraculous.

Step Two: Faith

Now add a little faith and make sure it is spread evenly through, let rise.

We move on to Nov. when the next big life changing thing I got was God can do miracles through me, for me and because of me. My faith went through the roof. I always thought God only picked 'special people' to do healings. I went home during the American Thanksgiving break and I saw my very first healing, I was at church in Abbotsford and I was telling them the wonderful things that were happening at Bethel and I asked them if anyone needed a miracle in their body. Ingrid, my sister-in-law put up her hand and went over to her and she had something wrong with her foot, she could feel something hard in her foot every time she walked or ran.

I was a little timid but not to much, I laid my hand on her foot and started to pray, I was maybe 10 sec. into my prayer was I was cut off my the Holy Spirit, He said, "Don't pray passed the healing." Meaning short prayers work just as good as long ones, so I stopped praying and asked her to test it out, she stood-up and said she could not feel anything, she took her shoe off and said she didn't feel it anymore. Praise God!! I prayed for another lady who got healed in her shoulder that same day.

Thank-you God for meeting me everything I have stepped out, since Nov. I have seen many, many healings, including T.M.J., instant healings in the back, Tendinitis (twice), and many others.

Point of the story? I am not some super special person, I never heard the Lord tell me "Sarah, You have the gift of healing, now you can heal people" nope, never once heard the Lord tell me that. The only reason I know I can team with God and do it is because Jesus said "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give." (Matt. 10:8).

Healing the sick, raising the dead, cleanse the leper and casting out demons is normal Christianity. Every Christian is more than able to do it, when Jesus told His disciples to go out and do that they didn't have the Holy Spirit at that time, they just had the authority Jesus had given them. We have the Holy Spirit; we are more than able to do what the disciples did! My point? You can do it too!

Revival always has miracles, and this time around we can all be apart of them not just a superstar on stage.

Step Three: Focus

When dough is risen add a inner focus on God, whip well.

One thing I have learned is healing the sick, ect. Should be a normal thing that happens in our life as Christians, but it should never be our focus in life. Yes, I want to see greater miracles happen in my life; I want to see whole open graves come back to life, I want to see greater and greater things but, 'doing', should be the fruit of my life, something I just happen to find myself doing not the focus of my life.

When God heals someone it is to get their attention to a greater reality not merely to just heal them, but to show them a different realm. I believe when someone is healed by God, they have just come into contacted with a reality greater then us; they have just been touched by the Kingdom of Heaven. Think about it with me for one moment, Heaven has no sickness, right? Nor death, lepers, demons, ect. So when The Kingdom touches us, it overwhelming the realty of this world and replicates the realty of heaven in our bodies, resulting in a healing, or miracle ect.

Heaven is run on Love, so why wouldn't you be changed physically, emotionally, ect. When you just encountered love. That is why God heals people, to show them how much HE loves them, to show them the world He lives in where anything is possible. To show people His goodness, not show-off.

GOD IS THE MAIN ATTRACTION!!

My life with Christ is the inside out. Me filled with love, and the Kingdom of Heaven can't help but leak all over you whenever I'm near you.

Keeping God at the center will always keep revival going.

Step Four: Freedom

Now Your dough is well on it's way to being a revivalist, just one more step,
wrapped tight with freedom through and then enjoy,
Severs: unlimited amount of people

I have become so free, there is story after story I could share about just how free I got since being here, I know I won't be here (Bethel) for the rest of my life but I have bet set up to succeed in this life. The cornerstone through which I see life has been transformed, the leans have become: God is good. No matter what circumstances, no matter good or bad, no matter lost or lonely, no matter rich or poor, God is ALWAYS good!! No matter what, the more I have examined my life to see if God really is good all I see is how good He really is, through everything, His fingerprints are all over my life.

Free People make Free People

With one Powerful person, who spread evenly with faith, whipped well with focus and wrapped tight with freedom, revival is sure to ensue wherever you go. Revival is inside of you
